The core loop is simple but devastatingly effective. Frostbolt fires multiple projectiles thanks to Sione's Temper, rapidly landing critical hits that charge Cast on Path of Exile 2 Currency Critical. Once fully charged, Comets rain down automatically, clearing entire packs in seconds.

Gameplay Loop: Mapping vs Bossing

Mapping

For general mapping and mobbing, gameplay is incredibly streamlined. Cast Frostbolt. With enough critical chance and area scaling, a single button clears entire screens. Comets trigger continuously, freezing and obliterating enemies before they can close the distance.

Bossing

Boss encounters require slightly more setup. Before engaging, apply Elemental Weakness and drop Sigil of Power. Use Frost Wall in combination with Frostbolt to rapidly charge Cast on Critical. Frost Wall also provides significant defensive value by blocking projectiles and increasing hit frequency.

Navira's Mirage plays a crucial role in survivability, preventing sudden one-shots and stabilizing mana regeneration. This is especially important since the build does not rely on Bloodmage mechanics and instead leans heavily on mana and buy POE 2 Jeweller's Orb Energy Shield layers.
