On August 24, Tycoon Class gives players a reason to slow down before they roll. The tournament is expected to run into August 25, though the clock in your own app is the one that matters. That's worth checking before you settle in. If you're also keeping an eye on the Monopoly Go Partners Event, today's overlapping activities make timing feel even more important. A few well-placed rolls can support several goals, while a rushed session can drain Dice without moving the needle much.
More Than a Leaderboard Race
Tycoon Class is built around Heists and Shutdowns, so ordinary movement doesn't carry the same weight. You'll notice it pretty quickly: landing on the right spaces changes the whole session. Current reward paths include 40 milestones, with Dice, cash, and other items spread across the climb. Farming Treasures and Beam Up Bonanza may also be active alongside it. That overlap is where the value sits. One turn might add tournament points, dig progress, and money at once. It's not about rolling nonstop. It's about catching those moments when the board is doing more for you.
Roll Choices at a Glance
Low multiplier | Better when scoring spaces are nowhere nearby and you're testing the board.
Medium multiplier | Useful when you're moving through a decent area but don't want to burn through Dice.
High multiplier | Best saved for a realistic shot at a railroad or another scoring opportunity within a few rolls.
Pause and reassess | Sensible when your next milestone is too far away or an overlap has just expired. Players often miss this bit. A multiplier isn't a setting you pick once and forget. It should change with your position, your Dice count, and what's live on the event panel.
Use Short Boosts Without Chasing Them
Mega Heist, Roll Match, Sticker Boom, and Lucky Chance can make a session feel urgent. They don't always deserve a big spend, though. Before one starts, collect any easy rewards and look at what you actually need. Maybe you're close to a tournament milestone. Maybe you need a few more dig tokens. If neither is true, there's no shame in sitting it out. Loads of players see a short timer and start rolling immediately. Then the boost ends, the useful spaces never show up, and their Dice pile is suddenly thin.
Keep a Target in Mind
As the tournament gets closer to its closing hours, leaderboard places can jump around fast. Someone who held onto Dice may make a late run, so an early lead isn't always much to celebrate. Pick a milestone that looks reachable, then decide what you're willing to spend for it. The Monopoly Go Partners Event for sale may be part of your wider plans, but Tycoon Class still works best when each roll has a clear job. Check the clock, watch the overlaps, and stop when the board stops paying you back.
