Title: “The Student Who Led the Way”
Once upon a time, in a small school, there was a shy student named Ayaan. He always sat in the back of the class, afraid to speak up or share his ideas. One day, his teacher announced a group project and asked for a leader. No one volunteered. After a long silence, Ayaan quietly raised his hand.
Everyone was surprised even Ayaan himself. At first, he didn’t know how to lead, but he decided to learn. He listened to everyone’s ideas, encouraged his friends, and worked hard to keep the group united. Slowly, his confidence grew, and his team’s project became one of the best in class.
On the final day, their teacher said, “Ayaan, you didn’t just lead your group you discovered the leader inside you.”
From that day on, Ayaan realized something powerful:
Leadership isn’t about being the loudest. It’s about believing in yourself, learning every day, and lifting others up.
ایک چھوٹے سے اسکول میں ایک خاموش سا طالبعلم تھا، جس کا نام ایان تھا۔ وہ ہمیشہ کلاس کے آخری بینچ پر بیٹھتا تھا، نہ بولتا تھا، نہ اپنی رائے دیتا تھا۔ ایک دن استاد نے ایک گروپ پراجیکٹ کا اعلان کیا اور کہا، “کون لیڈر بنے گا؟”
سب خاموش تھے۔ کچھ لمحوں بعد ایان نے آہستہ سے ہاتھ اٹھایا۔ سب حیران رہ گئی — خود ایان بھی۔ شروع میں اسے نہیں پتا تھا کہ لیڈر کیسے بنتے ہیں، مگر اس نے سیکھنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔ وہ سب کی بات سنتا، سب کی حوصلہ افزائی کرتا اور سب کو ایک ساتھ رکھتا۔
وقت کے ساتھ اس کا اعتماد بڑھ گیا، اور ان کا گروپ پراجیکٹ بہترین ثابت ہوا۔ آخر میں استاد نے کہا،
“ایان، تم نے صرف گروپ نہیں چلایا، تم نے اپنے اندر کا لیڈر تلاش کیا ہے۔”
اس دن کے بعد ایان کو احساس ہوا:
قیادت بلند آواز میں بولنے کا نہیں، خود پر یقین رکھنے اور دوسروں کو اوپر اٹھانے کا نام ہے۔
