One day, a new teacher, Zara, joined the school. She was shy, unsure, and nervous about teaching her first class. Aisha noticed her fear and decided to help her prepare lessons, manage the class, and gain confidence.
Weeks passed. Zara began shining like the sun ; her students loved her, and soon, she became one of the most confident teachers in the school. But Aisha didn’t stop there. She continued guiding others, showing them how to grow and help more people.
Years later, the school became known for producing leaders, not just students, but teachers who inspired everyone around them.
Aisha never looked for credit. Her heart found peace in seeing others rise. She understood something powerful: true leadership isn’t about standing above others; it’s about lifting them with you.

ایک دن ایک نئی استانی، زارا، اسکول میں آئیں۔ وہ بہت شرمیلی تھیں اور پہلی کلاس لینے سے ڈرتی تھیں۔ عائشہ نے ان کا خوف محسوس کیا اور فیصلہ کیا کہ وہ ان کی مدد کرے گی۔
چند ہفتے گزرے، اور زارا میں خوداعتمادی آگئی۔ اب وہ بہترین ٹیچر بن چکی تھیں، اور ان کے اسٹوڈنٹس ان سے بہت پیار کرتے تھے۔ عائشہ نے یہیں رکنا نہیں سیکھا اس نے دوسروں کو بھی سکھایا کہ وہ کیسے بڑھیں، کیسے رہنما بنیں۔
