Once upon a time, in a peaceful village surrounded by lush green forests and sparkling ponds , there lived a curious boy named Ayan . He loved exploring nature and asking questions about the world around him.

One bright morning , Ayan wandered to a nearby pond. As he sat beside the water, he noticed dozens of frogs hopping from one lily pad to another .

"Why are there so many frogs here?" he wondered.

Just then, an elderly scientist named Professor Kareem approached. Seeing Ayan's curiosity, he smiled and said,

"Have you ever wondered why frogs are so important for understanding life?"

    Ayan shook his head.

"Come with me," said the professor.

They walked to a small research center near the forest. Inside were models of animals , skeletons , and colorful charts showing how living things work.

The professor pointed to a model of a frog .

"Frogs may look simple," he explained, "but they have helped scientists learn many secrets about life."

    Ayan looked closely.

The frog had a heart, lungs, nerves, bones, and muscles—many of the same parts found in humans.

    "Wow!" exclaimed Ayan.

"That's right," said the professor. "By studying frogs, scientists can better understand how bodies function."

They learned how the frog's heart pumps blood through its body and how its powerful leg muscles help it jump amazing distances.

Then the professor showed him the frog's special skin.

"Frogs can absorb water through their skin and even use it to help them breathe," he explained.

    Ayan was amazed.

As they continued, the professor shared another important fact.

    "Frogs are environmental indicators."

    "What does that mean?"

"It means frogs can warn us when nature is in trouble. Because their skin is very sensitive, pollution and environmental changes affect them quickly. If frogs disappear, it may be a sign that the environment is unhealthy."

Ayan thought about the pond near his village.

He realized that frogs were much more than creatures that jumped and croaked.

    They were nature's messengers

In a hidden valley surrounded by green mountains , there lived two powerful forces—Acids and Bases . Though they were invisible to the human eye , they played a very important role in keeping nature balanced .

Acids were known for their sharp and energetic nature . They lived near volcanoes , citrus fruits , and even inside the stomachs of animals , helping them digest food . On the other side, Bases were calm and soothing . They lived in rivers , soaps , and minerals , helping to clean and protect living things .

At first, Acids and Bases did not get along . Whenever they met, they reacted strongly —sometimes causing bubbles 🫧, heat , or sudden changes . The valley often shook when they clashed .

One day, a wise old scientist named Alfred Nobel visited the valley. He observed their behavior carefully and realized something important .

“You both are not enemies,” he said gently . “You are part of a balance . When you come together in the right way, you create something new and useful .”

To show them, he mixed a strong acid with a base carefully . Instead of chaos, something magical happened —they formed water and salt ! The valley became peaceful again , and flowers began to bloom .

Acids and Bases were amazed . They finally understood that their differences were not meant for conflict but for balance . From that day on, they worked together to maintain harmony in nature —keeping soil healthy , water clean , and life thriving .

And so, the valley became a symbol of balance , teaching everyone that even opposite forces can create something beautiful when they work together

  • In Ask Giri – The Physio Show (Season 6, Episode 5), the focus is on the process of movement correction — where real-life movement meets science. From mobility and control to stability, strength, and power, this episode breaks down why pain often comes from faulty movement patterns, not just weak muscles.

You’ll hear why sitting all day stiffens your body, why squatting shouldn’t feel like an Olympic lift, and how a step-by-step system helps you move better, lift safer, and handle life’s surprises — from stairs and groceries to sports and play.

If you’ve ever wondered “Am I ready to train harder?” or “Why does this movement hurt?”, this episode connects the dots and shows why reassessing, correcting, and retraining movement matters for long-term health and independence.
