  • Story no 2
    Foundation level student RSMC
Mullah Nasruddin and the Donkey’s Shadow

One hot afternoon, Mullah Nasruddin rented out his donkey to a traveler.
The traveler sat on the donkey, and Mullah walked beside them.

After a while, the traveler got tired of the sun and stopped under the donkey’s shadow to rest.

    Mullah Nasruddin laughed and said:
“Wait! You only rented my donkey, not his shadow. If you want to sit in the shadow, you must pay me extra!”

    The traveler shouted:
“What? The shadow comes with the donkey!”

They argued so loudly that a crowd gathered, and everyone laughed.

    ---

    Moral / Answer for Kids:

Sometimes we fight over silly little things.
Instead of arguing, we should share and be kind—because the donkey’s shadow was big enough for both of them!

"Every student has the power to become a leader."

    Story Post #139| RSOA#146

Title: “The Student Who Led the Way”

Once upon a time, in a small school, there was a shy student named Ayaan. He always sat in the back of the class, afraid to speak up or share his ideas. One day, his teacher announced a group project and asked for a leader. No one volunteered. After a long silence, Ayaan quietly raised his hand.
Everyone was surprised even Ayaan himself. At first, he didn’t know how to lead, but he decided to learn. He listened to everyone’s ideas, encouraged his friends, and worked hard to keep the group united. Slowly, his confidence grew, and his team’s project became one of the best in class.

On the final day, their teacher said, “Ayaan, you didn’t just lead your group you discovered the leader inside you.”
From that day on, Ayaan realized something powerful:

Leadership isn’t about being the loudest. It’s about believing in yourself, learning every day, and lifting others up.

    Moral /
Every student has the power to become a leader — all it takes is courage, learning, and belief in oneself.

Title: The Spark That Lights Other Lamps

Once upon a time, there was a young woman named Aisha who worked in a small community school. She wasn’t the headteacher, nor the most educated one but she had one rare habit: whenever someone asked her for help, she never said no.

One day, a new teacher, Zara, joined the school. She was shy, unsure, and nervous about teaching her first class. Aisha noticed her fear and decided to help her prepare lessons, manage the class, and gain confidence.
Weeks passed. Zara began shining like the sun ; her students loved her, and soon, she became one of the most confident teachers in the school. But Aisha didn’t stop there. She continued guiding others, showing them how to grow and help more people.

Years later, the school became known for producing leaders, not just students, but teachers who inspired everyone around them.
Aisha never looked for credit. Her heart found peace in seeing others rise. She understood something powerful: true leadership isn’t about standing above others; it’s about lifting them with you.

    Moral /
Be the kind of person who helps others rise leadership is not about power; it’s about empowering.

  • I am grateful to the Rehan School system for promoting leadership skills among students. Today, a new insight was shared by 13-year-old student Saifullah, which was truly inspiring. Today, I taught Saifullah leadership skills and asked him to work at the reception desk, handle new admissions, and provide complete training.
The biggest success today is Saifullah Canvawala and Ibrahim Coding Wala ,students of Rehan School Munawwar Campus who completed 3 admissions. This story is not just about admissions; it is a matter of pride for all of us that today these 8 to 16-year-old students are using their leadership skills to change the world.
We thank Rehan Allahwala for giving us the opportunity to dream of bringing change to the world and making it a reality. These children are truly doing incredible work, and we are proud that these young leaders are among us, brightening not only their own futures but the future of others as well.
A salute to their hard work and efforts!
